Michael Fisher

Co-founder & CEO

A pioneer in reengineering employee relations processes through digitization, Mike Fisher is the CEO at erNavigator. He started his career as a manager at IBM, before moving into an early VOIP startup and then onto erNavigator. Driven by a mission to digitize, standardize and automate client employee relations processes in accordance employment law requirements, their own company policies and best practice standards, Mike is best known for inspiring erNavigator to provide solutions with country specific best practices and local legal requirements already built-in.

Co-founder & COO

Gary Slom is a seasoned and experienced software executive. Qualified as a professional accountant and entering the exciting world of SaaS development and marketing in its early days. erNavigator is Gary’s second SaaS solution that he was instrumental in successfully co-launching and managing. Driven by a deep desire to provide the best and leading solution in the market segments chosen, Gary as COO of erNavigator has been recognized for his extraordinary commitment to internationalize the erNavigator product in multiple countries and jurisdictions.

Grant Skinner

VP Canada/USA

Grant Skinner has had extensive international experience implementing Microsoft accounting solutions, building up one of the largest resellers in the EMEA region. Having then joined the erNavigator team Grant is setting a new standard for how companies in Canada and the USA fast track their key employee relations strategic priorities. His commitment is changing the way companies manage their employee relations cases in a digital and knowledge-based world. Grant is leading the erNavigator charge to incorporate AI in our solutions.

CTO

Joe Everleigh is the consummate software development executive. Not only does Joe set the technical direction for the erNavigator development; he creates and executes the product development strategic plan; identifies the exact resources necessary to put the plan into action; and oversees the entire process from start to finish. With an aggressive internationalization plan Joe must ensure our different market segments are usage requirements are taken care of in an increasingly complex world of digitization and knowledge management.
