Pricing is simply based on the number of system users you require and the number of cases you will need to manage during the year
You can pay for any number of system user licenses from a minimum of 2 all the way up to 50
These users will then have system access during the 12-month rolling period starting from the date of your subscription
This will depend on your requirements, but you can buy a minimum of 50 cases per year all the way up to a maximum of 250
You can use these cases at any time during the 12-month rolling period starting from the date of your subscription
You can select the number you need now, and you can always top-up and buy more cases when required
You can always top-up and buy more system user licenses when needed
These costs are not refundable
The software license ends, and you no longer have access to the system. There are no additional costs to be paid
If, however you want to continue using the system simply subscribe again and buy cases and user licenses that you need for the next 12-month subscription period
If you subscribe again these cases are carried forward and you can use them
